(I realized no one had responded for about 3 days so I figured I would give you guys the answer because i REALLY want to put all eight of my clues out)

*On the way to Nova Scotia by boat, Apple and Flare are bombed by Ella nd strom flying over them by plane.

(Flareon and Apple dive under water as Ella and Storm sky dive to the water. Then they follow us down and down until we reach a watered city, the city of Atlantis by our surprise, then for some reason, we could all breath)

*However, as they trie to reach the surface, the water around them freezes, and they are trapped as Ella and Strom make it to Nova scotia.

That is impossible if they were with us. (Ella and Storm are with us and trapped with us as we see a large shark approach from a door in the city of Atlantis)

*flare sees a shark swim by with a package tied to it's side that says CLUE in bright white letters and starts to try and chase it before he realizes that he is still frozen, but Mega (who is not) begins to swim after it.

What team is Mega on? (Flareon sees Mega capture it and wonders what to do next as they discovered Atlantis) This is a lot like National Treasure. XD
