The Revolutionary Treasure (RPG)

The Revolutionary Treasure (RPG) Role Playing Game:


Ok, now the object is this, there will be two teams, both sides are groups of treasure hunters and are competing to find the \'Revolutionary Treasure.\'. These two sides will be decided as we start, there will be side Blue and side Red. I (Malvoleunomy) will be the story teller, and will control the main flow of the Plot while the two teams make up there own individual events.

(for examples on how this game works, check out Forum Fight starting at page 20)

The main point to this game is that both teams will be given the same clue, and will race around the world trying to find the treasure. After you are given the first clue, you try to solve it. In this case, every clue will be a riddle, and if you find where it points to correctly, I will supply the next clue. As soon as we get atleast 4 players, the game will begin.

Rules In Bold:
Go along with the story I make.

No swearing.

No being traitor to team you are assigned to.

There will only be \"one\" leader to a team, everyone works together on their team however, so consult with the leader before any decisions.

If you wish to quit, all you do is say you were killed somehow in the story, but if you do, you are done on the thread and out of the game.

If someone says you were killed, then you die in the game, however you can still respond to the thread, you just won\'t be a part of the game anymore.
However whoever says you were killed, must give good reason and make it plausible to my story.

I will confirm the story and everyone has to correspond to the way he writes it out, not make it up themselves, however we do the stuff at the places we go to.

Make sure your spelling is readable and that the grammar is proper.

Ok, now as we go along, I will add people to teams and keep on updating the story or the main parts of it on this first post so keep on checking this first post, all you have to do is say you want to join and you will be assigned to the next available team starting with Team Colonial and then Team Regulars. The first first to join, will be put on Team Colonial. The game will start once we have at least 2 people on each team. People can join after this at any time though, you will be asked to make a reason for you to join in the story. Leaders will be the first ones assigned to a team. When entering this RPG, make sure to fill this out and I will post it as part of your name, this however does not include me as I am the author....

When does this start?

Now:
The Two renound Treasure Hunters, Flare and Van Strom, think that they have a lead on something. Both head to a different location, but discover the same thing. Flare, leaves for the Old North Church in Boston Massachusetts, While Van Strom, leaves for the Bunker Hill Monument (also in MA) When each of the arrive, they find different things. Van Strom, feels around a stone wall until -click- he finds a secret switch, and opens up a dungeon. Flare on the other hand, goes to the top floor of the church, where he hears word that there is a hidden attic. Both were right, and found the same thing. Carved into a stone tablet in Both of there locations was this:

Are you seeking Treasure? the traverse no longer,
For I have the answers you ponder,
The Revolutionary Treasure
In 1776, on the Fort near Champlain,
In a storm of snow, not rain,
America sends the Bookselling Ox,
To The Fort, where Upon he Knox
To MA, he brings artillery of every sort,
But your next clue, lies in that fort.

(Flare and Van Strom ponder the meaning, and just so you know, nothing above is spelled wrong, even Knox, and my facts are historically accurate and the underlined words are important)

Heads to somewhere new of whatever Mal says.

*Heads to Fort Knox.*

(heads to Fort Know as well)

*Opens fire at Flare*
" How do you like that, B****?!"

(Turns on Saber and attacks Luxord as they duel!)

*swings with all force upon flare with Sword.*
*Slices arm.*

(arm is injured, then I stab Luxord in the waist)

"Ouch!"

*Blasts Flare away with Desert Eagle Wind Bullet...*

(doges and then jumps to attack with saber, burns jacket)

*Flare and Van Strom continue to fight, until the end up in a hidden basement in the fort, and on the wall, the find written:
"I thought you would check here, but must tell you with fear,
You will find no treasure here,
The fort is not Knox, he is the man,
Who goes to sed fort with a plan"

(the narrator reminds the two that they will have to do a little research to find the clues. Look for a man named Knox who is a bookseller, goes by Ox and went to a fort for artillery[Wow that was a big clue] but find that fort, then you will find your clue)

*goes to Henry Knox.*

(That could be right, but what Fort did he go to?)

*heads to Fort Ticoronda*

* Van Strom Remembers that Henry Knox brought 50 cannons from Ft. Ticonderoga to Boston, and gets on his Harley Motorcylce (unless you have a better vehicle Idea) and starts to head to Ft. Ticonderoga in NY.

(already there, beat you suckers!)

*Flare starts to head for the Fort, when Van Strom arrives, hops of his motorcycle and whips out the sword of Twilight, and starts chasing down Flare. Flare, takes out his lightsaber, only to find that is can not destroy the sword of Twilight.
They continue to fight

(I go for a stab, I hit his left hand as I then realize it was a special glove he wore so it didn't harm him. We continued to fight until we reached the fort, we still fought)

*Pulling out his Desert Eagle and starting to shoot, Van Strom aims at Flare, who ducks down, but the shots from the gun blow the wall behind Flare away, and a second shot hitting the ground in front of him blow him backwards into it
Inside, they continue to fight hand-in-hand, until Flare notice something:
A New Clue
Yes, you got it right, it was I , Henry Knox,
Who goes by the nickname of henry the Ox,
I brought the cannons from Ft. Ticonderoga,
But in the process I was not a rogue,
I got some help from some Green Mt. Boys,
So find the place that they would employ,
If you know these Mt.'s, the state and the place,
Then You'll be the first to start the race,
For your next clue, lies upon,
The tallest MT. in their namesakes cause.

(Flareon then kicks Luxy in the groins and force lightnings a hole in the wall as I then fly out of there as Luxy was paralyzed for a moment)
