What you are about to read is a private conversation. This is very sad, and I've decided to post it on the forums because it means something to me. As you can guess, I am Maddi and my friend is Curt.

They give you drugs for malaria, and chemotherapy which is used to treat cancer.

RS friend spends half her life in hospital
I have so much respect for her.

Not with her illness
She can hold on as long as she can, but it will overcome her.

She has had to drop out of school again
She gets very sick during the winter

Nobody knows.
Mostly people are fine one day, then they wake up in huge amounts of pain
Usually have hands/feet swollen to double the size

And she doesn't have lupus, but it's very similar
Essentially does the same thing
hers is rarer though
