No, that was a rumor, they are sticking with 360 and getting Natal to add on to 360.

There is definitely Natal, it is called Project Natal and it means you are the controller. Not using one, like Wii but you have not buttons to hit. It is an adaption to add to the system.

You think you could use Project Natal with an FPS game when it comes out?

That would be kinda ironic, since "Reach" is a body motion, and Natal uses your body lol.
