At the bottom of the page when you start a thread there is a poll section with directions. Why you ask? Full House is cool, I own every episode. Lol

i hate all of these shows. put nitro circus up there. or scrubs. or beavis and butthead (thats pretty old). or south park. or the andy milonakis show.

It will only let me put up 10 and I already have, the only one you mentioned that is a Comedy show in the sense of being a sitcom is Scrubs and that was in the new millennium I believe and not in the 90's so it wouldn't count.
