CBGamez Forums Problems?

I don't know if it is just me or what, I keep getting this message when I come to the forums site and it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I have contacted Eagle Eye and he isn't doing site maintenance or anything so I was just curious if others are having trouble getting on the forums? Here is what it says....

refresh page

It works spontaneously such as now, refreshing page hasn't worked anyways except for some of the time. It has been happening for about a week now. My question is, is other people having this problem?

Well I have been making some changes to the forums, and it might give that message when the servers are being updated or refreshed. If the problem persists continually let me know.

Ok, I contacted you though earlier and you said it was probably a glitch or something as you weren't doing any changes and this was a few days ago. I am a tad confused but if it keeps happening I will let you know again. It usually happens in the morning and late at night.

Well I have been making some changes to the forums, and it might give that message when the servers are being updated or refreshed. If the problem persists continually let me know.

How? It hasn't happened since this morning as it seems to be happening only on this site in the morning and sometimes at night but mostly from 9-12 in the morning I have realized since last Saturday.

I stopped getting this message for the past month or so (actually when Eagle left) but for some reason I got it again just now. LOL. I just got back on using my computer. I was using my iPod for a little bit there. LOL
