This is getting ridiculous!

Some high school student got arrested and suspended for writing a fictional story about what he did over the summer. He said in his story that he killed his neighbor's pet dinosaur with a gun he bought.  Have the schools and police lost their common sense!? One word like gun or kill and they get zero tolerance pissy about it. I hope this changes in the future and they actually are sensible to this. Back in elementary school, I got into trouble for something similar (this was like 3rd or 4th grade). Some friends and I started up a "gang," mind you it was just a group of kids playing around and passing secret messages. Then the school authorities heard about it and freaked out, and I got kicked out for awhile...

Yeah haha, I like to think that if the gang survived into high school we would have turned into a good version of the Tunnel Snakes from Fallout (minus the bullying).
