I believe he is questioning the Youtube Staff, if I am guessing, the issues regarding them taking down gameplay videos off the internet.

I personally forgot.

It was a video report by Machinima that YouTube is taking down gameplay videos. They say that the audio from the gameplay is causing the issue.
