WTF. Bethesda is suing Notch?

I love both Notch and Bethesda for making awesome games.

Bethesda created Fallout 3 and helped with Fallout: New Vegas. (The Fallout series was created by Interplay.)

And Notch, as we all know, created Minecraft.

Although Fallout has nothing to do with the issue, but Im stating the facts as to why I love both complanies for making awesome games, but this lawsuit is retarded. I'd be on Notch's side.

Here's the full story, it has one of Notch's game called "Scrolls" that Bethesda wasn't too comfortable with since they created "The Elder Scrolls IV".
