Gangster Character

IDK who will play him yet, but imagine a gangster character (one who fails at being a gangster) is introduced between episodes 18-20? I would want his first name to be Earl, but don't have a last name yet. I was also thinking he would always start off by speaking like a gangster by saying "yo" a ton and then show off a yo-yo. He would be the most feared character without any real purpose on the show which can also make him funny. I thought that would be funny.

I also am looking into a female nurse character to appear between episodes 18-20, but don't know who I should ask. I will probably ask Kay for that and either Nick or Dyllan (more like Dyllan) to play Earl.
