Arch, British are people from Britain, and Englishmen are people from England. England is in Britain, therefore Englishmen are also British.

I never said that British people are English.

I think you are getting "offended" because not all British have an English accent. That's true and none of us ever said otherwise. However, an English accent is a British accent, even though a British accent is not always an English accent (though it can be).

I don't understand how discussion of a funny video turned to a racist, offensive discussion about someone who doesn't obviously understand certain things in life outside of what he learns on the internet.
