Halo Reach Machinima

Jon, David, and I are planning to start a Halo Reach machinima series either this fall or winter (depending on schedules and how quickly we can prepare everything). I came up with the original idea and have been thinking about it for some months now. Everyone in the VML (AKA secret section) supports it and has been helping me develop the plot and storyline. So far it's shaping up to be a pretty big and complicated series, and hopefully one that will entertain everyone who watches it. There will be some comedy but not as much as many other machinima, which we hope will be one of the things that set it apart and make it more interesting (having more of a serious plot).

Of course we will need actors, both in game and voice. If you are interested in participating in our upcoming production you can post here! Tell us whether you would want to act in-game, voice act, or both.

Requirements to physically act: A Xbox 360 headset and a copy of Halo Reach.

Requirements to voice act: A decent microphone for your computer.

This isn't Red Vs Blue... Anyways, I have been helping Cj a lot with this too but am currently involved in THM a lot still which is near completion. I helped a lot develop the plot too and am trying to help organize the back plot too even more. I am helping with both and more. Call me co-director. Lol I am voice acting and acting. Also, we have a name planned already but won't say yet in case of change.

I will use my wired headset if a clear voice from me is needed on xbox, and Halo Reach is covered for me.

According to Jon, My Computer Mic that is installed on my computer, which I absolutely did not know about, works incredible. So incredible, you can hear whats on my mind.

Also, any working Xbox headset is acceptable. It's only required so that we can communicate and time things correctly while filming. We won't actually being recording the voices coming through Xbox Live.

I think we have all our main characters set but extra voice actors is great and as many as we can get actors for the game is awesome! But they can't fool around.

Remember that there will be other main characters besides "CP" (Jon will know what I mean), so there will probably be a few more openings for major characters, plus we have a TON of minor parts that need to be voiced.

Yes, I meant though I think it is better to get minor parts though as we need people who are dedicated.

Yep, those who voice the main characters will have to be committed because the machinima will rely on them. However, anyone with a good microphone can play characters that are not crucial to the plot, because we can kill them off if the actor leaves.

Ya, we will see. So far only we have discussed plot ideas and main characters. We haven't fully developed everything yet. We will start filming late September or early October I would assume.
