The maker of this forum is Eagle Eye307. He developed it in 2008.

I thought I've seen this forum with the same people on another forum before... Do I know you...?

Yeah, our first forum was abandoned, and our second forum crashed due to Technical Difficulties. This happens to be our third, and so far appears to be running smoothly.

Yes, It was formerly known as the CBgamez forum. It has been renamed to Shining Epiphany.

CAN I BE A MODERATOR/ADMIN???

No. The more you ask, the more chances you won't become one. As for Admins, it is restricted to all, except Eagle himself.
However, Eagle will make certain people admins if necessary due to the Forum Population.

But there's another member on this forum that is an Admin. What is the meaning of this?

That account happens to be Eagle's second account, Parrot Wing.

Can I have unique privileges to this forum?

Again, do not ask. You may obtain special privileges if Eagle finds you very trustworthy, and if Eagle has known you long enough.

Can I see how the creator of this forum, and perhaps others, looks like?

Real Life Identities are Top Secret, and private. Only if Eagle and others feel comfortable with it.

We were formerly a RuneScape Clan. Due to extreme boredom, we have moved to an Xbox clan for Halo: Reach, Modern Warfare 2, and more.

Sure, just type your old name, and your new name, and under that, type that you accept the change. Be aware that name changing is allowed once a month.

No, The Vipers is an Xbox Clan. However, you can still use the forums and chat with our users. But again, discuss this with Eagle Eye307 or FlareonMaster.

Absolutely not. You may not post your username/password on any forum, or website, or share this information with any other person. This rule is in place to protect your privacy and safety, as well as the integrity of this forum.

Where can I upload my Avatar and Signature?

Simply click "Profile" on the Navagation Bar on top of Forum Page beneath the Forum's Banner. After that, you will see tabs. Click "Avatar" to upload your Avatar, and "Signature" to upload a signature.

Sure, just make a post at the Siggy Shop. Be sure to read the first post on howand what you want your signature to be, and I'll make it as close as possible you want it to be.

Wow, well done but you should have said something about how it will be impossible to get 10k posts aside from me. Lol. Also Cj said he would have another Admin if the forums needed more due to more members.

UPDATE: Uhh, Jon, Announcements are only allowed, if it's something like Forum Rules...

Also, I crashed the old CB Gamez forums on purpose (I deleted a large chunk of the code) after salvaging some of the good threads. I did so because I wanted to start a new forum due to all the spammers and bots posting advertisements and porn. The way I had the old forum programmed it would have been difficult to solve that problem (other than moderators manually deleting each bad post), whereas this forum has a built-in system preventing most bots from making accounts. Any humans posting inappropriate content (thankfully none so far) get banned.
