halo odst ratings?

what do you think of halo odst on a scale of 1-10?

It is worth it for the Reach Beta and the multiplayer disc, if you rate ODST on itself it is a good game but not as good as Halo 3 alone. Depends here if you want to rate it by ODST or what is included with it (Disc 2 and Reach Beat coming May 3rd).

I will rate each part of ODST separately:

Campaign - 3.4

Firefight - 7

Halo 3 Disc (includes ALL map packs) - 9

Overall - 8

I would get ODST over Halo 3 because you get all the map packs free, firefight, and access to the Reach beta.

The ONLY advantages to getting Halo 3 is the price and access to the original Halo 3 campaign, everything else is included with ODST.

I agree with all of that except campaign, I say campaign is 4-5 depending on which level, not 3.4 but you haven't played as much of it as me. I rate the entire game with all the features 8 as well.

In my opinion firefight is much more fun than the campaign, with the exception of one, MAYBE two campaign levels.

Maybe so but campaign isn't bad either, just not as good as other campaigns or from the main trilogy. I think it is good but not as good as it should be. Fire fight is more fun.

Either way this game is worth it for getting the Reach Beta and the multiplayer disc with all the maps.

If you go by ODST itself without the plusses I rate it 4. With the specials involved 8. (Mythic Disc, Reach Beta)
