Why cant I edit my avatar?

I wanna put a new avy but I dont see the Avatar section when you click "profile"

omg that link. I did the same thing except i put "avatar" at the end instead of "avatars"

I could have thought of that when I was switching the link.

The new Anime I am watching is called Katekyoshi Hitman REBORN! (English name is Home Tutor Hitman REBORN!)
