Possible Horror Flick?

Due to me and my group of friends ways (Disturbing, Sexual Referencing, Hilarious and other natures), we decided whats a good way to get into the Halloween spirit? No, Not handing out condoms to four year olds (Even though we are doing that ) We decided, why not make a Horror Movie... yup. Starring all of us, I'm still thinking of theme. I had written a script but I don't know if I will be keeping that movie plot. I'm trying to think of a good story line, a good climax, a good resolution, and of course. The Ending Cliff Hanger. Everyone knows that at the end of the horror movie, it usually means that there will be a sequel (Which usually ends up being not as good), only in some cases they did not make a sequel...yet. ANYWAYS, The Movie will either be released by the beginning of November, The Beginning of March 2013(If the world doesn't end) or in October 2013. It will all depend on the amount of time everyone I have planned to star in it has, and how much time I have to put it together. I Still have some scenes left to do. But if anyone has suggestions, I'm all ears.

Which kind of camera and editing program(s) will you be using for this production? Just curious, hope you don't mind me asking.

And since you are in Florida, my suggestion is to have it related to a beach resort--having the main protagonist visiting Florida during the events of movie. Just an idea and good luck!

It is possible, If it was a beach resort it would have to wait till summer 2014. Due to the fact, NONE of us can drive. For Camera, It is a basic camcorder my mom uses to make her recording when she does somewhere. The Software I'm using is ProShow Gold, it's what I'm currently used to. If I cant do what I want with it, i will resort to Adobe Premier Elements

I am trying to get used to Adobe Premiere (Full Version) currently and use a Sanyo Xacti CA-102 Full HD Camcorder (which happens to also be waterproof) as my backup/durable camera while my primary believe it or not (with precise equipment, such as lens's and stabilizer's) the iPhone 4S. I will be using the Canon T3i soon enough along side the iPhone 4S.

Regardless, you can technically work with any location on a film. If not a beach resort, perhaps a school which would take earning permission to film on location. Just another idea.

Sweet and I mostly meant a school in general whether you utilized the classrooms or not.

I want to see it! Hurry up and make it already.

Movie making takes awhile, also including the fact none of us can drive. I plan to do a scene when Halloween rolls around.
