I believe the current price is 5000, but I could be wrong. It's definitely not more than 10000.

If the price was low everyone would just start their own town, making the town system pointless.

Actually Chris I think you may be right. I did change it to 10,000 at some point when I was adjusting the marketplace. I just can't remember if I changed it back.

EDIT: I just checked and it was actually 50,000 due to me adding an extra 0. I fixed it and the price is now 10,000.
