Well, spam would be having to do about nothing... which I agree this is stupid... it is a picture and he is sticking by topic... it is just an odd topic... It would be spam if he just posted one word a like a reminder... lol

There was no reason for this picture to be posted, he's just trolling. I guess if you set trolling or spam as a reasonable topic then he might be "on topic".
