Minecraft - Xbox 360 Update and More

Well I learned today that the official Minecraft release date is November 18th 2011 while it won't release on the 360 until Spring 2011. It is also unclear as to when it will be released on iOS devices. As far as it goes for the 360, it has been confirmed to be played with a controller or a Kinect. Also it was revealed it will have some type of cross over playability with the PC game! However, if you purchased the game for the PC during the Beta, you only receive a copy for the PC. Apparently it won't be free to users on the 360, iOS or Androids. Here are a few articles about the game...

Cool, I hope the "cross over playability with the PC" is via custom servers!

Hopefully, they obviously didn't really go into much detail though.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think I read somewhere in the second link that, whether or not I bought Minecraft for the pc, I'd still have to buy it....

You get the full copy for the pc, but have to purchase it for other platforms.
