First day of college.

College is basically a slightly but not much more mature version of high school where you can sleep in class if you want and mess around on your computer. Seriously, I loved my first class. Music History: Rock. The people are awesome and the class is interesting. I have Intro to Business tonight, and that will probably be boring and bland. Oh well, the first class makes up for the latter

P.S. History of Rock is going to be an easy A. You take the notes in and fill in the blanks during midterms and finals. lol

Today I took West in the World (a history course that I just dropped lol), PE (Team Sports), and Computer Programming I.

Guess which one was my favorite?

HINT: Today was also my first day working at the college ITS dept. I enjoyed it.

The business class is taught by a short, fat, black professor who is loud and hilarious. I totally misjudged that class and I was wrong wrong wrong. It's gonna be one enjoyable semester lol

I dropped history because I learned that a different class I'm taking actually counts as the history requirement, but only if I get an A or a B. I decided to drop West in the World and concentrate more on the other class, Contemporary Questions. Hopefully I'll get an A and in doing so eliminate two required courses at once.

And Jacob, that's good. I'm considering taking some business classes at some point too. I'm glad your first day was fun.

I have Accounting Procedures starting next week and Woodworking the week after that. None of them sound too bad and two of them apparently aren't

Oh and I'm going on a random hunch (I'm not sure where I got this from). Maybe, just maybe your favorite class is Computer Programming?

Today I am starting Critical Writing and Speaking, Contemporary Questions, and Intro to Psychology. Wish me luck!

haha good luck how many classes/credits are you taking this semester? I have four classes and 12 credits.

I had 7 classes totaling 16 credits, but after dropping that history class I now have 6 classes totaling 13 credits (PE is worth half a credit or something but is required...). I'm glad I dropped one class though because I am also working for 2 hours every day in the IT department. I definitely don't want to get overwhelmed on my first semester. >_<

I think you can keep up with it though C.J! Good luck to both of you guys, I don't start for like a week and a half.
