I wouldn't.

I would only take over Russia or possibly Canada... Or maybe just England..... First I would get a elite team of spec ops soldiers and hold the parliament hostage and demand money... then when i get the money, I would buy things off the black market to take over..

Well obviously I can't reveal my plan since doing so would alert any opposition...

I would send over 9,000 US Navy Marines and Oprah Winfrey and get them all to Navy chop you all to death.

I would share ideas with myself in infinite different parallel worlds, and learn the strategies of my opposing enemies by accessing my minds of myself in those different parallel worlds, so they would not be an obstacle to me and my plans.

Eh granted I like my first plan but i would rather just go with my back up...

Plus I hardly ever turn my radio on. I just listen to my cd's and ipod.
