I've been there! Seriously, I also took some videos of lions and cape buffalo. Though I didn't film anything quite as dramatic as that.

It's not really like a zoo, the animals aren't caged or anything. And if you aren't careful you can easily get yourself killed. I saw some idiot get out of her car to take a picture of a nearby animal (can't remember what they're called) that could have simply decided that it was annoyed by the camera and taken her out. The authorities say the only time you should get out of your vehicle is when you (or someone with you) is armed. I got within 10 feet of a lion but there was a ranger with a huge rifle next to me.
