Capes of Distinction

For those of you who don't follow up on the Jagex news, you may not have heard about one of the more recent updates. Jagex opened a poll to allow players to vote and decide on the design of a new cape, the Veteran Cape. This cape, when released, will be accesible by players whose account has been active for 5 years or more. There will also be a few other capes released as well, all of which will be known as Capes of Distinction (including the Vet. Cape).
