I Think The Time Has Come Once Again (The Switch Between Games)

I know plenty of you prefer Black Ops over Halo Reach or vice versa, but lately I have noticed a switch happen. Don't get me wrong if you prefer Black Ops as this is just what I have seen, but over the past few weeks I have seen many more people on my friends list (a good 40 out of 83 and about 25 of the 83 are inactive) have been playing Halo Reach over Black Ops. I have also heard from some people that were completely addicted to Black Ops that they are bored of it and due to that, many have returned to Reach or MW2 and have given up Black Ops.

This is just what I have seen, but the numbers of people online are also more proof as I was on both Halo Reach and Black Ops last night and saw over 1.5 million on Halo Reach and 2 million on Black Ops and that shows for each system it is played on. Halo Reach which is xbox only had 1.5 million while Black Ops which ranges from four systems (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and DS) and only shows 2 million online overall. That means overall on Xbox 360 alone, Halo won last night for number of players. Who can at least agree that more people lately have been moving to other games over Black Ops? I know for some (like Chris and David) who prefer Black Ops might disagree, but in all honesty, preferring a game doesn't matter, I am just saying that I think now more people are playing Halo on Xbox over Black Ops.

So just like what happened to MW2 and Halo 3 before, I think it will be the differences of opinions and swapping of the games will come. I also believe after the next Halo (CE Remake) and Call of Duty (Which most likely will be MW3) it will happen all over again as all the previous games of it's kind have.

As I've said in the past, I personally don't see why people make such a big deal over which game is more popular. Both games have their pros and cons and it is a matter of personal preference when it comes to which game is better. I play and enjoy both games about equally, though I like them for different reasons.

I agree with what you said, I was just pointing out the facts of the differences of players online and how people are doing the same thing as before.

In my situation I can't play either...which sucks but I got to be honest though Halo is better (to me that is). I love the story and running around in a world as a Spartan soilder being the last hope of man-kind to kill the covenaunt is veryyyyy fun. The back story that is untold in the games is interesting and it just adds to the epicness.

That is what I am saying. Razz So is C.J, I only made this to prove a point. Both games are great, but why is there always the debate between which is better?

I love Halo for those reasons too and much more. Chris, someday you will be able to get your Xbox fixed. Maybe get a lens cleaner? If all fails, bring it in for repair.
