The foolish traveler

There is a story I once was told it was about a foolish traveler and how he was fooled by everyone he met the first person he met was ill and needed money for medicine so the travler gave away all his money and as he continued he gave away his shoes and then until he gave away all his cloths he started to go through the forest but he was stopped and fool again by some trolls they said to him they were hungry and so the traveler gave them his feet but as they finish all that was left of the traveler was his head and the last thing he gave away was his eyes to the last troll as the troll finished he left the traveler a peace of paper as a gift and even though the traveler could not see he was crying with happyness and said thankyou to the troll and that he was the only one who gave him a gift and trough this story the traveler had always smiled even though he was being fooled again and again and he lay there on the ground just a head crying with joy until he die not thinking about him self and as I heard this story it made me sad when he die but I thought and said that the traveler was not foolish because the traveler lived the life he wanted to live
