My plans for Fallout New Vegas.

I am going to get this game for christmas, or maybe get this instead of Black Ops on my Birthday.
As a warm up for New Vegas, I am going to start a new file on Fallout 3, and make my character have Snow Colored Hair!
(Not White hair, White Hair with a little bit of Lite Blue added.)
