Yes on android 17 and 18 fought him because he killed Krillin. 18 and all androids are mainly cyborgs and are also somewhat human but she did get her bomb removed.

It couldn't be done, the dragon didn't have enough power to do so. Instead Krillin wished for her bomb to be taken out, along with the good of the two 17's.

He actually marries her. And David, he is good after the Cell Games but is eventually (like 20 years later realize) turned back to evil by force from Dr. Gero and Dr. Myu.
