I love soda i drink it like 3 cans a week but i don;t think it will give you kidney stones lawl but david, i have this soda that has no aspertame sugars sodium calories etc lol it tastes sooo good no artificial colours etc. And NOO ICE TEA IS THE WORSE THING TO DRINK BELIEVE IT OR NOT IT WILL GIVE YOU CANCER WAYYYYYYY BEFORE SODA WILL YOU HAVE A HIGH RISK OF KIDNEY FAILURE AND LIVER FAILURE DO NOT DRINK ICED TEA OR BRISK!

It depends on how it's made. I'm sure that they are some blends of iced tea that are worse than soda, but there are many kinds that are much healthier than soda. I'm not sure about Brisk, but I know that the iced tea I make is healthier than soda.

Remember, tea is just water flavored with plants, and iced tea is simply cold tea. Whether it's healthy or unhealthy depends on how much sugar and other additives are mixed in with the tea.
