According to the story, it takes place in a world where murder and crime is common and normal...... Interesting.... No wonder Rammsteiner looks like he desires alot of Wrath and Revenge.

I saw the 4 episode Anime.

Turns out all the episodes aren't connected. They are separate.
Heine Rammsteiner turned out to be confronted by one of his enemies and they had a little talk. After his enemy disappeared, he accepted the challenge and he said "**** up Gentlemen." with a smile on his face. Then it ended with his red eyes glowing.
