I know TONS of people who celebrate the real Easter. They are all Christians and celebrate at church, so unless you go there you probably wouldn't hear of it.

Good point. I once went to Church as a chorus singer, and there was Santa Clause and a baby Jesus. I mainly saw every child crowd Santa Clause, and only a few smart people went to pray.
