Yeah, although it depends on how tall you are. The taller you are the more you can weigh without being overweight.

Actually, you are only considered overweight if your Body Mass Index is over 25. Over 30 is considered obese and 40+ is considered morbidly obese.

My BMI is 20 because although I also weigh around 150 pounds, I am a little over 6 feet tall. 20 is a healthy average, not underweight or overweight.

I am about 6 feet myself.
