Clue Scroll Guide.

Greatest money ever. Yep, clue scrolls. Clue scrolls are unique puzzling scrolls in which you can gain FABULOUS prizes... Rewards may be suprising, happy, sad, dissapointing, or emotional. Clue scroll rewards usually range to the 30K to the 3M level... but the possiblities can be 1K to 400M. Here are some levels in which money range and such.

Level ONE: Easiest to obtain... usually in the 10K range. Best possible rewards may be a pair of flared trousers. (2M)
Level TWO: Usually is in the 30K range. Best possible rewards may be some ranger boots. (10M)
Level THREE: The big ones. Usually in the 70K-100K range. Best possible rewards are the Third Age Armour. (10M-120M) It is possible to get two pieces in one clue. The chance of getting some is Luxord giving up his name. (1-10,000.)

Some players kill random monsters.... which is so stupid... Try these.

Cockatrice: 30 slayer, Mirror Shield. (2)
Hellhounds: Tough armour, food. (3)
Jellies: Magical defensed armour. Food. (3)
Guards: Weapon. Easy 1 hit KO for high levels. (2)
Minotaurs: Easy. 1 hit KO for high levels. (1)

There are many other ways to obtain them. Here are possible ways.

Honest Jimmy from Trouble Brewing sells them for 5,000 pieces of eight. (2)
Pickpocketing HAM members. (1)
Looting them from implings. (1-3)

Usually, you'll get stumped on a clue. People do it old-fashioned, or use Clue Scrolls. Here are recommended sites.

Q: I'm sick of killing! How long will it be?
A: Clue scrolls drop completely random. You can kill one and get one, and another player can kill 200 and get none.

Q: What's the longest time you've killed for one?
A: 3 hours.

Q: What's the best monster to kill for these?
A: I recommend Hellhounds. They drop them commonly. Bring food, their weak defence makes up for highly powered offense.

Q: Uuggh, poo, I died with my clue scroll... is it possible to reobtain from my grave?
A: Unfortunately, no. Only way you can keep it if you die is if you are carrying three items, one of which being the clue. Or four... with Item Thingie prayer.

A: It's completely random...

Q: What's the best reward you have gotten?
A: Possibly a Black Cavalier.
