Good point on the posting threads in wrong locations, Luxord, you have done that about 10 times in the past two weeks or so. Why are you doing that? To keep me busy. I am just doing my job on here.

That's true. We were talking on Skype and he asked me if he should lock it. Since the thread didn't have a clear point and just contained a picture (which should be in Pics forum), I told him to go for it.

No, Random section threads still need to have a point. The "Random" simply means things that don't fit into the other categories.

Anyway, the picture contained an implied swear too.

He is correct Void or at least for this, he calls it the Random section because the category put here doesn't fit anywhere else and not for random threads that make no sense and are only spam.
